More optimal correction code approaches allow QCs to use fewer physical qubits to make logical qubits. Once they have enough logical qubits, they can break crypto. At 105 qubits, we're still pretty far from that, though. It depends how efficient they are, but it'll probably require millions of physical qubits and thousands of logical qubits.
