Listen to Fink. The goal is to create a digital equivalent of all physical property and rent out the digital version while they own the physical. Essentially you get “shares” or tokens that supposedly represent ownership but in reality can’t - they are only claims on property. The final step to strip everyone of their wealth while imposing complete control.

Cool. Never heard of it. If it doesn’t talk about tokenization of the real world, throw it in the bin.

I think @npub10pens... could make an even larger impact if there was a fund for vibe coding. Instead of full blown grants to individuals, enable them with API keys / generous plans that allow them to vibe code solutions in spare time. Not as a substitute to grants but in addition to. It would be a low cost way of empowering many more people for much lower cost. At the very least run a pilot. @npub1qny3t...

We’re entering the resource wars phase. The wars will not be global, yet. Regional conflicts until all of the regional resources have been exhausted.

Yes I believe so. At least for any app that does not require some sort of a moat (for example, regulatory).
