Tepoztlán’s ancient pyramid sits high on a mountain and was once a sacred sanctuary dedicated to Tepoztecatl, the god of pulque, fertility, and harvest.

I did the hike once and it was amazing ✨

I did a three day fasting


I prepared for a week with bone broth, vegetables, yogurt, berries & honey.

I expected hunger and anxiety, but I felt grea! I did yoga, meditation,breathwork, spike mat, and lots of reading

One of the reasons I loved it was learning about autophagy, the body’s natural cellular recycling process.

I’d definitely do it again!

The National Palace of El Salvador is definitely one of my favorite palaces in the world. I’m sure it will be the perfect venue for bitcoin historico this November 💙🇸🇻
