I downloaded zap cooking to see what it's about. Looks like another twitter client though. Anyone have a good recipe for a chuck roast?

Salt and pepper, small paring knife and stab it all over stuffing the stab wounds with minced parsely and garlic. Dutch oven. bed of sliced onion, cubed potatoes and carrots and celery sautee the veges in tallow until the onions and celery are translucent and fragrant. Add water or beef broth until you've got like 1-1.5 inches of cover, plunk the roast on top. Cover and cook at 300-325 until internal temp is rare-medium rare. Uncover fat side up at 425 or broil until fat is sizzling and browned.

Let it rest and enjoy.

Yeah I call em huntsmen but they call them wolf sliders here. Looks like the same thing to me. They get really big (twice this size) but they aren't big web spinners so don't make a big mess. I pretend that they eat smaller spiders but who knows what they eat?
