Was dich auch interessieren dürfte ist, dass ich seit heute auch verstehe was das Problem der Österreicher und Libertären mit argentarius' Verwendung des Begriff Anspruch ist 🤯
Ich dachte zuerst, Argentarius hat das perfekte Wort gewählt. Anspruch klang für mich weicher, fast ideell. Anrecht dagegen wirkte streng, bürokratisch, irgendwie zu nah am Gesetz.
Aber ich habe heute kurz recherchiert und gemerkt, dass es genau andersherum ist. Früher war ein Anspruch einfach eine gedachte Erwartung. Aber wieder einmal hat der Sozialstaat eingegriffen und ihn zu etwas gemacht, das man einklagen kann 🙈
Kindergeld, Rente, Wohngeld wurde zu einem „gesetzlichen Anspruch“ erklärt und wurde zur einseitigen Pflicht mit Formular, Frist und Nachweispflicht gemacht. Damit haben sich auch die Bedeutungen verschoben. Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts war Anspruch eher abstrakt, eine vage Erwartung an Leistung.
Heute ist es genau umgekehrt. Anspruch steht für Paragraphen und Pflicht. Anrecht klingt plötzlich weich, fast menschlich und beschreibt viel besser, was Geld eigentlich ist.
