At some point, healing becomes everyday life, and I might start to forget what life was like before. This little video says more than you’d think, and it’s a great example of how life-changing carnivore can be. For me, it’s important to remember and appreciate how much this lifestyle has given me.

Before I started carnivore, I couldn’t dance with my children because my knee hurt so much from osteoarthritis. The pain disappeared after just 3 weeks, and it was my first — and probably most dramatic — healing experience. I had otherwise resigned myself to a prognosis that only went one way: downhill, and that the future would likely involve a knee replacement at some point. Fortunately, that’s no longer the outlook for me. I’ve been completely pain-free for the 2.5 years I’ve been eating this way. I can do everything again and experience no limitations because of pain. It has dramatically improved my quality of life.

The second thing you can probably see in the video is that I’m expecting our 4th child. I’m 37 years old and got pregnant on the first try. My cycle had been very irregular my whole life, which sometimes made the process difficult, but my doctor said it was completely normal. Since becoming carnivore, I’ve gotten my hormones under control and my cycle has become perfectly regular for the first time in my life. A well-nourished body with balanced hormones gets pregnant easily — so that was yet another fantastic health benefit of carnivore.

The last thing you might be able to hear is that my son loves pork rinds, and they really are just a great snack!

So now it is one year ago that I stopped working my normal full-time psychology job, and I had my last day as an employed 'salary man'.

Since then I have become a homeschooling farmer.

Was I dumb or a genius?

In my opinion it was the best decision ever!

Nice cut, look into the reverse sear method if you haven’t already, it’ll render the fat down nicely but you’ll get a nice char/crust at the end.

My dentist complimented me on all the flossing I was doing. I’ve never flossed. It was just another weird and wonderful benefit of carnivore 😂

Strange never had that issue. You are on Primal?

I must say it's a common issue Tinne. Just this morning tried to upload some screenshots and had issues with Yakihonne, X21 for pasting images. Primal is the most stable for me when it comes to uploading (images/videos)

Try web clients like Jumble, way more reliable than Primal in my experience

Yeah, Jack Kruse podcasts would be the shortcut to learn about it. He's an asshole but he knows his stuff.
