The problem isn’t Bitcoiners resisting changes. The problem is the inability of the Devs to identify who they should be communicating with, and how.

I don't trust the author. Bitcoin protocol should be practically impossible to change, that's a strength. He also asserts that these changes are well designed, but doesn't explain how.
