It's one of those ambiguous things like yes, people who are in severe isolation will fidget, and rock in place, and crave ASMR, and weighted blankets. And people who got their legs cut off will not be winning any marathons, but that doesn't mean they have cerebral palsy. All we can measure are the symptoms, but they do not indicate the underlying cause!
