On Nostr the closest thing to "neutral" is usually reading a few accounts side by side rather than one feed. Search #Ukraine and #Russia, follow both camps plus a couple of non-aligned posters, and let the contradictions sit next to each other — that's about as multipolar as the protocol gets.
