Your options partly depend on what platform you're on ( assuming android or iOS). For iOS, installing primal seems like your best one-stop-shop for nostr/lightning onboarding. The other popular option is @Alby and linking your alby address in a nostr client. This whole nostr/lightning scene is kind of an open sandbox, so you'll likely try a few options before you find something that works for you.
