Meeting with some university executives IRL tomorrow to discuss the benefits (and necessity) of a long-term Bitcoin strategy.

I'm trying to get my university to allow us to save for our retirement via the bitcoin ETFs in our 401k/403b accounts through Fidelity's BrokerageLink.
A lot of red tape, and it's annoying. I wish I could speak to someone directly. At this point, I'm considering emailing our president directly and hoping that he reads it and thinks about mentioning it to the board.
Any recommendations?
