If it's a simple single page WP build with an astra, theme forest etc free theme where the only customization is minor CSS or PHP, we offer a special for around $1,000 USD on a three week turn around.
That includes baseline technical and content SEO, so it's ready out the gate to rank.
If it's more than that, IE woocommerce integration or other functionality such as a CRM in the backend the price goes up.
Since you said you will probably manage it after the build, we offer managed hosting starting at $400 a year, which is basically matching to GoDaddy for their shit service.
Then we have SEO packages etc that range from $500 to HOW FAST DO YOU WANT page one money.
