Absolutely understand. It's just that I think that's not god per se. You just need good philosophy. Buddhism doesn't have god but still it has very good moral philosophy, like the 5 Precepts, etc.
So it's not god really. It's just good philosophy. Now, god might or for sure help the whole thing.
In other words, you can be an atheist/agnostic and be a great person.
