Maxim of the law: Consensus facit legem. Consent makes the law. A contract is a law between the parties, which can acquire force only by consent. I see very few people that knows about this aspect.....

And mutual understanding can only develop if both parties are aware of the terms. That is one of the issues... in Germany, people disappear. Without a trace.

I will say. A free man agrees to submit only to the will of the only creator of nature. He cannot submit to another man and is therefore immune to what other men say.
