Interesting… here our farmers make a cacao wine, basically the juice off the seed during fermentation is collected over those 7 days and left to ferment to alcohol. Would this be the same thing? Or ...

In this case (my test) was just some good red wine, mixed with melted chocolate + cinnamon and let to settle for few days.
Yes, sounds weird, but the result is really inspiring. I am a drinker and I know when something is good or not. In this case I was nicely surprised of the result.
If you have like a not so tasty wine (shit can happen), and you add some chocolate + cinnamon, then you can change the whole thing into something good.
