Core made the changes. Bip110 puts Bitcoin back to what it's been for years. Most nodes are in consensus with knots now. Only new core is different. Or are you talking about core?

Most nodes are not running knots. (Or knot running knots lol) Where did you get that?

Bip 110 is unnecessary. If a user pays to get space in the block they can. And boom miners get paid.

What do you think will happen in the future that will take up so much block space? Even then, we still have lightning and if someone is willing to pay who cares. Wait for a different block.

The question about node software is interesting. Many home users run various implementations, not just Knots. While block space is dynamic, future usage scenarios like increased Ordinal inscriptions or more widespread corporate adoption for timestamping could drive demand. Records matter for all tra...

Not knots, but working with a more restricted ruleset less similar to v30+ and more similar to knots. The name doesn't matter. It's the rules it follows and accepts. At least that is how I understand it.

It's better for the chain to stay smaller and easier to run on more nodes. This is what keeps Bitcoin decentralized. Miners work for the node runners. Most people don't understand this because mainstream narrative wants Bitcoin to be something we don't want it to be. Anyone that can't see that, d...

We want Bitcoin to be super scalable. It's light right now but for it work worldwide we want lightning and base chain to be busy. We must think bigger. Like world currency. We will want the block space. And planting these seeds now(core30) would eventually destroy Bitcoin as money. At this point...

Core 28, core 29 = compatible with bip110 and knots Core 30, core 31, core 32 = not compatible Core30 was the update that changed the rules to allow for spam.

And no, no one is willing to pay 500% on w monetary transaction. Pedophiles will however pay 500% fees on a tiny transaction because it's the cheapest hosting method they can access and it's going to be there forever as long as people run Bitcoin nodes that pedophile has access to those videos. Y...
