I first thought that because ChatGPT couldn't access my homepage or shakespeare.diy , but OpenAI made a change to ChatGPT so that it can't access any url anymore until the user activates web search manually. After that, it could access basic information about shakespeare.diy, but my homepage (stl1988.shakespeare.wtf) sent an empty response.
