I would have used the term SoftPower rather than SoftWar, but otherwise i believe his thesis to be legit. Bitcoin is digital defensive technology for projection of power.

What Jason is saying is very peaceful when you dig in... It is also very strategic. I recommend the series with Breedlove to really get into the details. Lowery in my very skeptical opinion is a good actor.
