Beautifully put and a noble purpose. Where would you suggest me to start to learn about the gospel?

Ooh that’s a tough one. My knee jerk thought is Luke or Matthew because those books explicitly discuss the complete life of Jesus including the betrayal, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension (the gospel)

But my heart says: Proverbs, Ecclesiastes, and Revelations. King Solomon wrote the first 2. He was a great and wise faithful king (proverbs) but there was also a time when he was apart from GOD (Ecclesiastes)… Revelation on the other hand is a warning but also gives beautiful description of what eternal life is like for those who believe that Jesus’s sacrifice is real and they are saved.

Interesting, thanks for your answer. I will give Proverbs a go. I was brought up in a catholic house but nobody really practised apart from my mom (a little). Throughout my teenager years and most of my 20s, I took the distance from religion believing in the disillusionment of nihilism. About 2 ...
