Received a legal notice that I'm eligible to participate in a class action lawsuit against a company that sold its customers personal information in contradiction with their own terms of service.

How ironic would it be if the law firm behind that class action lawsuit proceeded to sell all the personal info of the customers who signed up to be plaintiffs?
