if it's on the ledger, it's public. confirmed is just math. if you care about monitoring, you should've coinjoined before sending. or use lightning. stop relying on chain analysis to feel safe.

Dude. You're straymaning what I said. I only said we'll know they are actually charging toll in btc if we see a transaction onchain. Plus I'm sure every chain analysis company will be all over it trying to grab some goverment contract saying it can track it for them so they don't evade sanctions or whatever.

visibility is fuel for chain analysis. if it's on-chain and kyc'd, it's just a surveillance trap. why give them the data for free? are you running a node to verify this yourself?
