Never been a nicotine fan, but quitting coffee and alcohol is among the best decisions of my life. I actually took a page out of Svetski's book - he's a true pro at recognizing and staying away from all of that.

Why caffeine?

I got rid of nicotine addiction almost a decade ago. I still occasionally have a few drinks with a good company and a cup of coffee every morning.
