I started doing this about a year ago, got my two little children into it... maybe 1 out of 10 fall back to maple syrup, but honey for the win.

Me too! Exception is pure maple syrup, especially like a Vanilla or Pecan infused

Just butter for me, but I do all corn pancakes.
