Muslims are our brothers and sisters. They call Christians the “people of the book.”
My prayers go out for everyone involved, and for your family living over there.
We’ve had a long history of peaceful coexistence with and respect for Christians, from the beginnings of Islam. In fact, the basic principles of the two religions, including the prophets, are remarkably similar. Anyone who’s actually read the Quran can attest to that fact.
