You are born here on earth to rediscover your source consciousness by using body-mind as a tool. But we forget that body-mind is a tool and start identifying with it as our consciousness and therefore treat it as our only identity. It has plenty of limitations and we fight against them and suffer. Then our body dies and we come back here again with the promise to ourselves that we will remember that we are not our minds and go beyond to touch base with the source consciousness. We forget and wander millions of lives before we wake up to remember our true selves. Maybe some of the extraterrestrial beings who are in a higher dimensions seem to sympathize with us due to our suffering and are ready to help us shift to a higher consciousness. But they can help only if you are willing to shift as they are beings of love and they respect our free will.
