Economic factors are secondary to birth rates. It's better to have a strong local community that supports and cares for new children than to have more income.

More income is for males because females are more selective and less inclined to have children if they are financially independent. That's why I propose fiscal benefits for stable families led by men.

Social status is more important than economic status.
