I don’t understand the argument that we should all agree to steal dormant coins to prevent a possible quantum attack from stealing them. I am far more concerned about the precedent of this proposal than the individual act of quantum theft. Yes, let’s prepare a quantum resistant protocol, but freezing coins that don’t upgrade is more harmful than helpful to me
