Why do we need to run a script for Damus and not primal?

Primal has a built in wallet. Two years ago, Apple made Damus remove the note Zapping functionality and threatened to ban it if they did not comply.

Apple made then take it out and this is a work around to add it back. Why only Damus? Thats how the app store works i guess.
