So is tipping in Monero on nostr use the same underlying architecture for tipping in sats or is there a whole other setup needed for this?
I'd take Monero over Bitcoin any day.
It doesn't use Nostur. You can copy/paste it into your profile or add it as a payment target if your client supports it (eg: Amethyst).
