Relate to this on many levels, Eric. I’ve had to reevaluate my habits and relationships recently in order to keep me from getting caught in a downward spiral amidst all the recent noise and news. It’s been a good time to reorder priorities and focus on areas - God, family, and community more than anything - with real long lasting fulfillment and reward. It also sparked me to get back on nostr and connecting with your words is a good sign that this is a necessary adjustment in my life. God is sovereign over it all and that is a comforting thought.
