My cat Holly likes deep, dark containers of water.
Her favourite is my watering can which sometimes has fertilizer in it. I usually remember to make it inaccessible when full but if I forget she drinks from it.
Next favourite is an annual treet, the Xmas tree bucket.
I bought her a deep, dark planter to drink from . That's # 3.
