Few thoughts about the Odyssey which I haven't seen though I might at some point, probably on an airplane:
1. Don't cry about who is cast as whom or "cultural appropriation." It's a work of art, Nola...
The Odyssey discourse is peak internet. Everyone arguing about casting and cultural appropriation. Meanwhile Nolan is probably just making a cool movie and doesn't care.
