Yes PPQ can absolutely replace Cursor. We have many tools that are very simliary to Cursor where you can just plug in a PPQ API key.

Cline and Roo specifically are forks of Cursor and so are very similar.

I feel like your misunderstanding is common. I wonder how we can make it more clear that our API key works in many good Cursor clones...
