I don't care how many local businesses in Africa accept Bitcoin. I'm still not going to travel there. Most of Africa is scary. They seem to always have dirt roads that are red in color.
I'd go in a heartbeat if I had good reason. Such a huge continent. Gotta take steps to protect yourself for sure, but probably best not to live in fear.
