I think it's far more likely poorfags can't sell their organs due to years or even decades of substance abuse, rather than malnutrition. Malnutrition is certainly bad, but it's nowhere as bad as alcohol at destroying organs, and lots of poor people tends to neglect their nutrition precisely because they'd rather get their daily fix than a proper meal with the little cash they have, if any.
