The wildest thing is that in Europe, WhatsApp, just a third-party messenger, is considered the standard, while pre-installed apps like iMessage/RCS are rarely used, even though they collect less data than Meta. I mean, if you’re not willing to use at least Signal as a normie, then just use the pre-installed stuff. 💀

My current favorite is SimpleX Chat, but I’ll also give White Noise a try in the future.🙌
