We should have documented this sooner; we’ll add docs next. Keychat relays collect digital stamps and differ from regular Nostr in two respects: 1) they state their fee rate, and 2) they can convert received digital stamps into a wallet.

For #2, are you referring to a wallet that the relay controls, basically that this is how the relay gets paid? Or do you mean a user’s wallet? Also, do you know any other Nostr clients that are doing ecash postage stamps? I’m still catching up in the space :)
