America hasn't been a true capitalist free market society for almost a century now. It's basically the same as European socialism these days.

Nobody even knows what true capitalism is anymore. What they call captalism is more of a fascistic control and taxation of private businesses for the gain of government power, going towards a communo-fascism model like China. The whole world is being pushed this direction by the UN and the WEF, including European countries.
