I would say 3 minutes from time I scanned the invoice to the time it was paid.
I understand. I am sorry to hear that. What happens is that the instant payments wallet is a liquid wallet, every time you pay a lighting invoice the wallet makes an atomic swap and pays the invoices. This should take on average 10-30 seconds (it’s not lighting speed) but the 3 minutes should have been an unusual (temporary) problem regarding boltz.
