There is a visible protected class of professional liars that is paid to come up with a story as if they are in control. This is America's front-office of salesmen to sell stories to all plebs. These people are in a job where they are only accountable to the ones paying them the most, the back-office, not to the public. Those front-office people are all politicians (incl. a president) we see and know.
Nothing would change if they WOULD be held accountable. The puppet would be replaced and a willing replacement puppet will take over the same mission the former puppet had, accepting the money the former puppet received.
The quality of the political lies have gone down over the years, to a point that the liar isn't too worried he/she/it is believed or not. Because is a world where there are no consequences and the only mission is to get re-elected and stay in favor of the bribe/lobby class. And in a world with a majority of dumb and uninformed people (by design) you can steer a majority public opinion with very high probability and that is all you need in a "democracy" or where a majority counts to get laws changed and added. Because that is also still required in a system that pretends to be a functioning Republic.
In other countries like Russia and definitely China, the goverment is ruling in every decision industry makes. Politicians over there ARE the ruling class and have something to protect and have to be very careful is they decide to lie about something in public.
Is it better? No, but they arewhat they say they are. Personally I am not for ANY rulers.
However the political class has the power and final say of what happens in these countries.
America's rulers have flipped somewhere in the past. From the mobsters at the time of JFK to banks and industry nowadays dictating America's way forward. If anything is clear, the middleclass is currently being squeezed to get te last money and sovereign power away from them and made poor. It looks like a last effort to make the most money from a dying empire if you follow the money and the 100% gaslighting of the public via any method of distributing propaganda available...
If murder is more profitable than peace, murder it is. And what the news then "explains" away afterwards is just a dumb story around what was going to happen anyway.
There is a reason the American presidents are flip/flopping so much about what is going on. Most probably because they haven't a clue, but are paid to explain it away again and again. That is why their story is a 180 from the story yesterday. They don't care and that is perfect for the role they are in.
That is why you can literally have a demented president, and all's fine! Same stuff would have hapened with an empty seat! It just looks odd if you want to keep the profit taking and pretend going!
