How much would you be willing to pay for all this? I think that’s where it becomes hard because so many of us don’t like to spend.
I think a fair way to structure it would be a large up front set up fee amortized over the first 12 months combined with a small monthly fee. 90% of the work for the provider is back end maintenance and customer onboarding. A customer sitting in cold storage costs a provider almost nothing but is a recurring revenue source for trainings and upsells. After this week, for peace of mind, I would pay $5k set up (broken into payments) and $50/month.
