"relationships" , in general , have ALWAYS tended to distract men from the work that they might otherwise accomplish were there not such distractions, at least and maybe even more than any temporary desire they fill or fulfillment they provide...
and today, with the massive imbalance men face with the State involved, and its administrative, Executive branch courts (wherein due process is not a Right) favoring the women to an obscene degree over the men, it might be wise for men to deeply consider such before diving soul and bank account first into these realities...
the world is quite full of men who have been divorce-raped and ruined by impulsive decisions based on such platitudes...
there are also countless examples of families that, over time, come to take each other entirely for granted, or even cut each other off for any number of reasons, good or bad or anywhere in-between.
