Every production release starts in Alpha, then goes to Beta and then Stable. You can see what's in which channel for each device at https://grapheneos.org/releases#devices. There's an explanation at https://grapheneos.org/releases#about-the-releases. Alpha tends to take 4 to 12 hours and then Beta takes another 6 to 48 hours.
