What is the biblical perspective of politics? Or more broadly, power games in general? Christ wasn't a conqueror so what does that mean for apprenticing under him? I know there is Romans 13 about subm...

The church has been deluded about politics for centuries, co-opted by means of bad Bible translations and false teaching that elevates human governments into objects of worship.

Scripture clearly presents ALL nation-states as ultimately doomed satanic fiefdoms (Psalm 2, Daniel 2), destined to be entirely replaced by the Kingdom of God, benevolently governed by Jesus himself.

Jesus condemned all power-seeking (Matthew 20:24-28), calling us NOT to submit to worldly authorities, but rather to one another in 100% voluntary, local communities that manage themselves through servant-leadership as living, cooperating members of his body, guided directly by our head, Jesus himself (Ephesians 2).

Our allegiance is due to Jesus, and him alone. Any man or group of men who claim power over us are, literally, anti-Christ's (false kings).

I've written extensively about these things, and am happy to discuss them with you:
