Well the guy who wrote that post seems like a clown. I wrote a long comment and it disappeared into the ether so I assume he's currating the comment section and we'll see if it pops out.
Honestly, it's a bit of shit hit piece, who cares about the farmer's debt problems or what not from 2002, etc.
They made some shit dissident science claims (the antibody, PCR testing whatever angle) but the onus is on the govt and the CFIA in the area of public opinion to be credible, diligent and in accordance with the peoples' wishes, something this country hasn't experienced as long as I can remember.
