Hiked up to Mailbox Peak today for the first time. Up the old trail (2h 10min) and down the new one (2.5 h).

That’s 4,000 ft of elevation gain in 2.5 miles. 😰

The reward: amazing views of Mt. Rainier, Mt. Baker, and Glacier Peak.
