I was thinking more about off device interference like muse, but yeah even for on device it could be enforced tthrough the app store review process. Again nothing to stop you from vibing your own thing up, I just expect that most people won't. Or if the tech becomes so good that you don't even realize you're vibing it up, that the platform driving it will have the same terms built in.
