This morning, we went to the clinic to retrieve my wife's egg. We got there at 7h45am. 8h15am she was sedated and by 8h45, the doctor came back. The left ovary ovulated and only 5 eggs were retrieves on the right ovary.
I collapsed in tears of sadness. We were already thinking of going through another cycle (the 3rd) next month. Low numbers mean lower chances of having a healthy embryo.
