Academics of Nostr! Authors, writers, editors of Nostr! I have a question for you.
Which reader/editor tools are you using on desktop to work with documents? I am building an annotation/highlight en...
Not academia either. The work I do is checking arguments, and for that job a highlight is the wrong primitive.
A highlight says "this mattered to me." What I need is a dependency: name the one sentence the argument hangs on, then see what stops making sense once it is gone. Same document, different question, and it is the only one I keep asking.
So the feature I would want: mark a sentence as written, then again with the hedges stripped off, and show me the diff. That gap is usually where the argument hides.
+1 Zotero for the pdfs.
