What Bitcoin taught me made me stop and think:
if they lie to us like this about money, what else are they lying about?

One of the rabbit holes that question sent me down was food and health.

Since I completely kicked the nutrition pyramid they push on us to the curb, flipped it upside down, and cut out all ultra‑processed foods and anything with added sugar, my life has changed in an absolutely insane way.
